Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate

Your resiliency is your super power. My mission is to empower people to rewrite their narrative based on externalizing and deconstructing techniques. I know how hard change and transformation can be, and I utilize my skills to empower others to aid in their healing process. Often times we get stuck in the cycle of telling ourselves we are unlovable and damaged. We find ourselves stuck living out those irrational scripts we have embedded in ourselves for so long. My approach can help you move past those barriers that keep you stuck and allow yourself to find healing and purpose.
I use mostly a narrative or structural approach to my work, but may have individuals and families utilizing existential techniques to work towards their goals. In my personalized approach with each client, I have a passion for empowering individuals and families to discover how to be the hero of their story. We, as humans, do not do life alone. What we do is all we can do, and what we are is ENOUGH. I look forward to working with you.
